These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your use of the PharmaPure Peptide website (the “Site”) and all purchases of products and services (“Products”) from Peptide King LLC dba PharmaPure Peptide (“PharmaPure Peptide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, placing an order, or clicking “I Agree,” you confirm your acceptance of and agreement to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Site or purchase any Products.

1. Product Use and Legal Disclaimers (MANDATORY RESTRICTIONS)

By purchasing and using Products from PharmaPure Peptide, the Buyer (customer) warrants and represents the following:

  • Age Restriction: The Buyer MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER to use this Site and purchase any Products.
  • Intended Use: All Products offered are strictly intended for IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY.
  • Prohibited Use: Products are NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION, VETERINARY, OR THERAPEUTIC USE of any kind. They are not to be used as food additives, drugs, cosmetics, household chemicals, or in any inappropriate application.
  • Medical Disclaimer: Products are NOT intended to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent any disease, ailment, or medical condition. Any information provided on this Site is for INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY and is not medical advice.
  • Qualified Professionals: Products must be handled and used only by qualified, properly trained research or laboratory professionals.
  • Patent Indemnity: The listing or sale of a material does not grant or imply a license for its use in violation or infringement of any existing patent.

2. Buyer Warranties and Responsibilities

The Buyer represents and warrants, through independent review and study, that they are fully aware and knowledgeable regarding:

  • The proper, lawful, and safe In-vitro Research use of the Products.
  • The health and safety hazards associated with handling the Products.
  • The necessity of providing adequate warnings of health and safety hazards related to the Products.
  • All applicable local, state, federal, and international government regulations pertaining to the use, storage, and exposure of the Products in their specific jurisdiction (including but not limited to FDA and TSCA regulations).

PharmaPure Peptide reserves the right to limit or deny sales of Products to any individual or organization deemed unqualified or suspected of violating these terms.

3. Payment Terms and Order Processing

  • Pricing: Prices for Products are quoted in United States dollars and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment Authorization (ACH/e-Check): If paying by ACH/e-Check, you authorize PharmaPure Peptide (or its parent company, Peptide King LLC) to initiate a one-time electronic debit for the full order amount. Once payment is authorized, the order and payment cannot be corrected or changed.
  • Compliance: You agree that all ACH/electronic transactions comply with all applicable laws. Payments made after 11 P.M. PST may be applied on the next business day.
  • Final Sale: Due to the specialized nature of research chemicals, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of shipping damage or incorrect items, solely at the discretion of PharmaPure Peptide.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

  1. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall PharmaPure Peptide or its parent company (Peptide King LLC), officers, directors, agents, or employees be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages, whether the Buyer’s claim is based in contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
  2. Indemnification: The Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold PharmaPure Peptide harmless from all claims, expenses, losses, and liability (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of the Buyer’s handling, possession, and/or use of the purchased Products, whether the Products are used alone or in combination with any other substance. This indemnification is a direct consideration for the sale of Products, which would otherwise be denied.

5. Website Use and Intellectual Property

  • Access and Authorization: Your use of this Site is governed by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Accessing the Site is solely authorized for individuals inquiring about PharmaPure Peptide’s Products for research purposes.
  • Prohibited Use: You are prohibited from modifying, distributing, reproducing, licensing, or selling any information, content, or materials obtained from this Site. You may download content only for your own personal, non-commercial viewing, provided you do not alter the content or remove any copyright/trademark notices.
  • Intellectual Property: All content (text, graphics, logos, etc.) on the Site is the exclusive property of or licensed to PharmaPure Peptide and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Information Disclaimers

PharmaPure Peptide strives for accuracy but:

  • We are not liable for any technical failures, incomplete transmissions, or unauthorized access of data.
  • Information provided on the Site is subject to change without notice, including prices and availability of Products.
  • We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or typographical errors on the Site without liability.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to any conflict of laws principles. You access the Site at your own risk and remain responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

8. Entire Agreement and Severability

  • This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and PharmaPure Peptide relating to the use of the Site and the purchase of Products.
  • If any part of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, that part shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

9. Consequences of Misuse

Any communication that leads PharmaPure Peptide to believe the Buyer intends to use the Products in a manner other than strictly as intended (IN-VITRO RESEARCH ONLY) will result in a refusal of sale. Such information may be added to an internal database used to screen future orders. We will not tolerate the misuse of our Products or our Site.

10. Force Majeure and Shipping Delays

PharmaPure Peptide shall not be held liable for any delay in performance or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, delays stemming from product backorders, carrier shipment delays, customs processing issues, or lost shipments. PharmaPure Peptide has no obligation to notify the Buyer of every specific delay. The Buyer acknowledges that they are solely responsible for obtaining alternative products and covering any costs incurred due to such unavoidable delays.

 

Except as expressly provided in a particular “legal notice” on this Site, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and this Site with respect to the use of this Site, and Content. By clicking “I agree” when placing your order, you agree with ALL OF OUR TERMS and CONDITIONS as stated above as well as our Shipping and refunds Policy.

If for any reason you do not agree with the above terms and conditions then DO NOT purchase from us.
