CJC-1295 (no DAC) (Modified GRF) is a research peptide, also known as Mod GRF (1–29), a tetrasubstituted analog of growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH 1–29) engineered for enhanced stability and receptor affinity without Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) conjugation. It activates the GHRH receptor to stimulate adenylate cyclase and cAMP signaling, leading to activation of somatotropic signaling pathways under experimental conditions. Mod GRF (1–29) is used in research focused on peptide pharmacokinetics and pituitary receptor regulation mechanisms.
